4 Part Healing Journey

  • Module 1: Feel your Pain.

    Emotional and traumatic energy lives in the body.

    By cultivating awareness of our pain and discharging it through our body’s desired emotional expression, we empty the body of trapped energy.

  • Module 2: Attach to People.

    Cultivating healthy relationship bonds is necessary to our thriving and surviving.

    Learning to depend on safe irreplaceable others is our most effective regulation tool when it comes to learning how to create safety within ourselves.

  • Module 3: Love your Parts.

    We have many “parts” of “who we are” that that have their own distinct personalities, emotions, and stories.

    By developing loving safe relationships with our parts, we open them up to share their stories- and help transform them through loving acceptance.

  • Module 4: Own your Power.

    Our life is directed by patterns of long term thoughts and feelings that begin to slip below our awareness.

    This “Unconscious” rehearsal can begin to limit us to disempowered narratives, shame storms, and negative views of self. When we empower ourselves to take ownership of our transformation, we create new patterns that help us achieve the life we want.
